Zucchini Souffle - Recipe: Preparation Time 15 Minutes , Cooking Time 1 Hour ----------------------------------------------------------------- Ingredients: 1 Cup of Flour 1 Teaspoon of Backing Powder 4 Eggs ½ Cup of Olive Oil 1 Onion or 2 Shallots Chopped 2 Pounds of Zucchini Salt & Pepper to taste Dash of Paprika (or Spice it up with Cayenne Pepper) Chopped Fresh Parsley 1 Cup of Shredded Cheese (or 8 oz) using smoked Mozarella ----------------------------------------------------------------- Preheat Oven at 350 Degrees Farenheit (or 175 Degrees Celcius) Bake for One Hour
