Hey there Panther Sauce, you were saying that you were unsure of the exact breath work timing when doing cat and cow poses. Inhale deeply as you round your back for cat pose and hold. The deep breath helps stretch lower back muscles than exhale as you arch your back for cow pose.

Awesome, thank you, and I didn't even realize it was called cow pose. I think I've been doing the inhale/exhale the opposite way.

Great video! Thank you for posting it! I'm gonna add this to my stretch routine and stretch while watching this video. I usually take a hot shower, then foam roll and stretch before getting into the self suck positions. Then when I'm done self sucking I will use the foam roller again do light stretches again and then shower. Please make another stretching video if you are able to. This is gonna be hot and fun to stretch along to. Thank you!

I haven't used a foam roller before, maybe I should? I'll bet doing your post-session routine is great for developing flexibility, do you think it also helps prevent soreness? I don't get sore often these days, but I'll try it 🙂 My routine is pretty much unchanged, but I'm thinking about adding some stretches to help with the legs-spread-apart positions, so, I'll consider doing another stretching video once I'm settled in with new exercises =D

When I was younger I could self suck, now i can't. Only doing these exercise is enough for regaining that ability?

It probably depends on the person doing the exercise, but this is the routine I used to get there.

It wasn't for a lack of a partner. I wanted what I wanted and I was willing to work for it. Honest to god though, for me, finding solid, trustworthy dudes that I want to spend time with, has been difficult as hell. So, no.
